When using a travel eSIM, you may receive text messages in foreign languages from unfamiliar numbers. This is normal and often related to the network provider's automatic notifications. After scanning the QR code and enabling roaming, if you still don’t get Internet access with your eSIM, you must configure APNs (Access Point Name) to fix the issue. Your APN allows you to connect to the network. It changes by country. Normally, an APN is set up automatically when you change eSIMs, but this may go wrong occasionally. You will need to handle this manually. You need to find out which APN to use, which is provided in the My eSIM page.

Many eSIM-supported phones allow you to add multiple eSIMs to one device, but note that only one eSIM can be activated at a time.

If your device is locked to a specific network, you won't be able to use it while traveling overseas. An eSIM can only be used on a mobile device that is eSIM-compatible and network-unlocked. You should contact your network carrier to get it unlocked.
